Vybz Kartel, Gaza Slim Back In Court This Month On Conspiracy Charge

Vybz Kartel legal troubles are not yet over. The incarcerated dancehall star will be back in court this month with his protege Gaza Slim for a conspiracy charge.

Back in March a Supreme Court judge postponed the trial until November to give lawyers more time to get the case together.

The charge stemmed from an incident in October 2011 where cops say a man name Pim Pim, real name Andre Henry, instructed Gaza Slim to file a false police report claiming that she was robbed by a man name Clive Williams.

Vybz Kartel, his protege Shawn Storm, and close friends Andre St John and Kahira Jones are all currently serving life sentences in a maximum security prison for Clive Williams’ murder.

Kartel, born Adidja Palmer, Gaza SLim, real name Vanessa Saddler, and Henry were charged with perverting the course of justice and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

If found guilty the three accused could be sentenced to up to three years in prison.
