Chris Brown To Be Extradited To Washington D.C. To Stand Trial

Chris Brown legal woes continues.

The “Loyal” singer could be removed from a L.A. County Jail and extradited to Washington D.C. next month where he will stand trial for an assault case that could determine his fate.

Chris Brown is facing up to four years in prison if he is found guilty in the assault case since that would be a violation of his probation in his Rihanna beating case.

Brown has been in a Los Angeles County Jail for over two weeks now and could be there at least until the Washington D.C. trial.

According to TMZ, the judge overseeing the Washington D.C. has signed an order for Brown to be escorted by US Marshals to D.C..

However, a Los Angeles judge also have to sign off to the order.
