West Coast rapper Kendrick Lamar serves up the long awaited video for his single “Poetic Justice,” featuring Drake.
The single, which samples Janet Jackson’s classic single “Any Time, Any Place, appeared on Kendrick Lamar’s debut album Good Kid, m.A.A.d city.

The cinematic video tells the tale of a love story turn tragic. The Compton rapper goes back to his neighborhood where he fell in love with a girl. Their budding romance came to an abrupt end when gunfire rang out in a crowd that left K. Dot shot several times.
