Isaiah Laing Threatens To Sue Black Ryno Over Popcaan Brawl

Sting promoter Isiah Laing is threatening to slap Black Ryno with a lawsuit for instigating a brawl with fellow dancehall artist Popcaan at this year’s staging of Sting.

Laing says he may never bring Ryno back for another Sting since he did not organized for the “Mi Lef” deejay to walk on stage during Popcaan’s set.

This is what Laing said:

“This is a mystery. Black Ryno was supposed to perform before Popcaan but because Popcaan was leaving the island for Africa, we decided to switch it around. Black Ryno grabbed the mic from Nuffy and all hell broke loose. Thankfully, it was short-lived.”

“We didn’t organise this and Ryno needs to be disciplined. He is out of order and I don’t think that I will work with him again. We have already contacted our lawyers and are looking into options to see if charges can be laid against him.”

During Popcaan set at Jamworld on Thursday morning, Black Ryno came into the stage presumably for a clash. However, Popcaan was having non of it and moved to push Ryno off the stage. The incident caused a huge brawl between the two artists entourage before security personnel stepped in.
