R&B star Usher wins the long and bitter custody battle against his ex-wife Tameka Foster.
According to TMZ, a judge awarded Usher primary custody of their two young sons Usher Raymond V, born in November of 2007, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, born in December of 2008.
The ruling shocked everyone since both parties fought hard to strip each other of custody of their two kids. Tameka accused Usher of using drugs in the presence of their kids and also too caught up in his career to be a good dad. Usher at one point broke down on the witness stand during one of the court sessions.
In the end the judge sided with the R&B singer and granted him sole custody. Tameka Foster retained some visitation rights but those details have not yet been released.
This is a big blow to Tameka Foster whose 11-year-old son, Kile Glover, died last month after sustaining severe injuries during a Jet Ski accident at Lake Lanier in Georgia.
