Dancehall star DeMarco puts his foot down on Popcaan’s machine. During an interview with Anthony Miller of ER, Marco said Popcaan stole his style.
“Dem tief mi style and no ask mi fi it,” DeMarco said.
When asked if he is just looking a hype, DeMarco said he is bigger than a conflict with the Gaza deejay.
“How me fi a look a hype when me international. Mi cyan a look hype when me international. Some a dem don’t even go foreign yet… dem no de a foreign… mi de everywhere inna di whole world… dem cyan go some place so mi cyan look hype a dem a look hype. Me have so much classic music like fallen soldier.”
DeMarco is currently blazing up the airwaves with a new Popcaan diss track titled “Throw Mi Corn,” on the new ZJ Chrome-produced TNS Riddim.
