Lil Wayne Drop “6 Foot, 7 Foot” Video, Responds To Jay-Z’s “H.A.M.” Diss [Video]

Young Money front man Lil Wayne has released the highly anticipated official video to his hit single “6 Foot, 7 Foot,” which features labelmate Cory Gunz.

It’s directed by Hype Williams and features cameos from Cory Gunz, his father Peter Gunz and the other Young Money crew. Recorded for Weezy’s forthcoming studio album “Tha Carter IV”, the song also becomes his first post-prison single.

The rapper knew there would be much attention given to the track, so he used it to introduce his new Young Money signee Cory.

The video is a nod to the hit movie “Inception” and the mini-movie appears to be a inside one of Wayne’s lucid dreams. At the end of the video, Wayne awakens in a bathtub of water.

Lil Wayne Responds to Jay-Z H.A.M dis line

Weezy recently shared his thoughts on Jay-Z’s line in “H.A.M.,” the duet song with Kanye West.

“Me and my wit, given my wit, I would probably play off of it,” Wayne told MTV News.

He added: “But I wouldn’t make it a competition, because actually, the subject that he’s talking about in that line, I can’t box with the card. I’d be the first one to tell you that, given my wit, and the type of person that I am, I’d capitalize and I’d play off of it. Yeah, I definitely would.”

In the song, Jay-Z send a thinly veiled line to both Wayne and Baby of Cash Money.

“N***as fantasize about the sh– that I do daily/ Like these rappers rap about all the sh– that I do daily/”I’m like really, half a billi, n—a, really you got Baby money/ Keep it real with n***as, n—as ain’t got my lady money.”

Wayne is putting the final touches on Tha Carter IV, his new album.
