Nick Cannon is tired of still being married to Mariah Carey so he first her and file divorce documents.
Cannon and his soon to be ex-wife Mariah Carey have been separated since August of last year, after just 6 years of marriage.

According to TMZ, Nick Cannon quietly filed divorce documents on December 12. Just a week before the actor filed documents, Mariah Carey made headlines when she turned up 3 hours late for NBC’s “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” live performance.
She said she was on the phone with her lawyers dealing with her divorce settlement.
This week Carey also announced that she has taken up residency in Las Vegas. Which means she will be performing a total of 18 shows at the famous The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
“Mariah Carey #1’s” will run from May to July.
