Tekashi 6ix9ine could be forced to hang up his mic following new sentencing for probation violation.

The rainbow-haired rapper might have finally angered the judge enough to hit him with stricter probationary terms that could negatively impact his rap career. This is not good news for 6ix9ine, who recently signed a multimillion-dollar record deal. The “GOOBA” rapper was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating the terms of his supervised release from his original sentencing in his 2019 Nine Trey Bloods Rico case.

6ix9ine was sentenced to two years behind bars and five years probation thanks to his cooperation with the feds in putting several of his former Nine Trey gang affiliates in prison. The New York rapper was slated to complete his five-year probation in a matter of months, but now he will have to serve an additional year following various infractions. Over the past months, including failing drug tests, failing to report to his probation officer, traveling from Florida to Las Vegas without permission, and various altercation incidents.

On Thursday (November 14), Judge Paul Engelmayer sentenced Tekashi 6ix9ine to another year of probation, which will kick in after completing his 45-day jail stint. He will also be subjected to a year of home confinement and electronic monitoring. There are additional new terms of his probation that 69 will be required to adhere to if he wants to avoid further legal troubles.

According to AllHipHop, court documents revealed that the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, will be required to get a lawful and full-time job unless he can convince his probation officer to grant him an excuse. He will also have to update his P.O. of any changes to his full-time employment, as well as his living location. He must provide a 10-day notice if he is changing his permanent place of residence.

The new probation goes even further than that, barring 6ix9ine from having any contact with anyone who has a felony conviction or anyone with a criminal history. He is also barred from owning firearms or dangerous weapons and must let his P.O. know if he has any interaction with police or gets arrested. He also can’t take any prescribed medication unless it is prescribed by a healthcare provider.

Following his recent failed drug test, his attorney stated that it could’ve been a false positive because he is taking Adderall. It seems the judge is not trying to have a repeat of that and imposed stricter conditions on prescription-grade meds he might be taking.

There is a laundry list of conditions Tekashi69 should adhere to while on probation. On top of that, he will be required to complete 300 hours of community service a month before his supervised release finalizes.
