OTF Jam, the alleged informant, aka snitch, in Lil Durk’s murder-for-hire case, was captured on camera in the interrogation room eating McDonald’s.
A still from the video footage is currently making the rounds online, sparking a broader conversation about whether or not the allegations of snitching are true. Lil Durk, real name Durk Devontay Banks, was arrested by US Marshals last Friday in Miami on charges of murder-for-hire in relation to the attempted murder of rival rapper Quando Rondo in 2022 in Los Angeles. The feds say the rapper was attempting to flee the country to Italy via a private jet.
Quando Rondo was shot at in a drive-by shooting in August 2022 in Los Angeles. His cousin Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson was shot and killed in the incident. According to the grand jury indictment, a credit card linked to OTF label was used to purchase rental cars and airline flights for the five men to carry out the hit on Rondo after learning about his whereabouts.
Durk’s arrest came within hours of five of his OTF (Only The Family) associates getting indicted in California for the same shooting incident. The five men, Kavon London Grant, Deandre Dontrell Wilson, Keith Jones, David Brian Lindsey, and Asa Houston, were arrested in Chicago last Thursday and are facing extradition to California to face trial. As we gather more information about the case, we are learning that the feds allegedly had an informant in the OTF collective who wore a wire prior to the indictment.
The alleged informant has since been identified as OTF Jam, whose current whereabouts are unknown. The OTF associate allegedly wore a wire while being around the men charged in the murder-for-hire scheme, according to a report by The Express Tribune and other online platforms like DJ Akademiks, who posted several photos and videos of the alleged informant.
In one image, the alleged informant was looking in the camera above him while in the interrogation room. He was given McDonald’s to eat while speaking with investigators. One person noted that he ate the entire meal, evidence that he talked to the feds for a long time in the interrogation room. “Whole meal gone, them ni—s not coming home man,” one person wrote while another added, “Ain’t no way they caught bro with the snitch burger and fries in 4k.”
Check out some of the comments about OTF Jam allegedly turning against Lil Durk. “OTF jam is America most wanted in the black community Cuz Lil Durk got love and all 50 states OTF jam got to move out the country,” one man wrote.
Lil Durk could potentially face the death penalty or life in prison if convicted.
