Diddy’s past may be coming back to haunt him as a resurfaced photo from one of his infamous parties is making the rounds.

The Bad Boy Records founder is dealing with a growing amount of legal troubles ranging from lawsuits to a federal indictment for sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering. If found guilty of the federal charges, Diddy could face decades in prison. Aside from the wealth he has amassed in the entertainment industry, the entrepreneur is also famous for his legendary parties.

“There is no party like a Diddy party,” he once said.

A photo dated to 2004 showcases just how wild some of the parties were as you can see a nude woman laying on a table buffet style as Diddy and other celebrities looked on. According to TMZ, the photo was taken at Diddy’s Miami bash in 2004. The party was co-hosted by MAC, Hennessy, and Microsoft, and saw a lot of famous names in attendance like Will Smith, Vivica A. Fox, Owen Wilson, and Diana Ross. Several folks who have attended Diddy’s parties over the years say nudity is commonplace. The outlet is releasing a new documentary called The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.

In the meantime, Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial. Prosecutors say they recovered mounting evidence proving that the hip-hop mogul was involved in nefarious activities involving women. Among the things recovered during a raid on his homes earlier this year were one thousand bottles of baby oils.

Diddy’s attorney addressed the number of baby oil saying that there is a Costco down the road from where the rapper lives and that Americans buy things in bulk. The public is not buying that explanation but folks credit the attorney for doing an impossible PR job given the level of scrutiny.

There are also questions about whether or not Diddy will take the witness stand during his criminal trial and if he will expose any of his celebrity friends who may have had close ties to any of his alleged criminal activities involving sex trafficking. His attorney Marc Agnifilo stated that the rapper/entrepreneur is eager to tell his side of the story.

Diddy has been denied bail twice despite his attorney proposing a $50 million security to the courts.
