Megan Thee Stallion says her long-awaited “Hot Girl Summer” single will arrive next week.
We’re in the middle of the summer, which means this is about the hottest time of the year. Well, guess what, the summer is about to be scorching because Megan Thee Stallion is finally dropping her highly anticipated “Hot Girl Summer” song. Her fans have been asking for her to drop a song about her viral catchphrase and it seems like it’s finally coming.
Last week, Megan Thee Stallion filed documents to Trademark “Hot Girl Summer” and dropping a song with the title will only help her to make the case why she needs to get her catchphrase protected. We recently saw Cardi B got denied a Trademark for her catchphrase “Okurrr.” It appears that Meg is not trying to make the same mistake.
“HOT GIRL SUMMER DROPPING 8/2,” she wrote in a post on IG where she was twerking.
Before making the announcement, Thee Stallion posted a photo of herself and DJ Khaled in a recording studio cooking up something.
