YG Drops Video For His Tekashi 6ix9ine Diss Track “Stop Snitchin”

YG video Stop Snitchin

YG drops off a video for his Tekashi 6ix9ine diss track “Stop Snitchin.”

After performing the single at Coachella last week, YG dropped the full version off last night, and then today he released the visual. Just like the lyrics, the video will stir up some controversy. The slavery-themed video features the Compton rapper and his family organizing a massive revolt to escape the plantation that they’re on. The plan failed in the end because one of the slaves decided to snitch and tell the slave masters. They got caught and lynched for the plan.

In the end, the slave master removes his mask to show his true identity to be a black man. The snitch was tied up to a tree and lynched for his actions.

While performing the song at Coachella, YG put up some images of Tekashi 6ix9ine and Skinnyfromthe9, two rappers who have been recently implicated in snitching. The Compton rapper and Tekashi69 have been beefing since last year summer when the two started taking shots at each other on social media. 6ix9ine made a lot of enemies before he became incarcerated, so becoming a government informant only gave his enemies more ammunition.

Following his performance at Coachella, YG hosted a party at a nearby club which ended in gunfire. Police are currently investigating the shooting, but so far no arrest has been made.

The single “Stop Snitchin” is the first track off YG’s new album, 4Real 4Real, due on May 3.
