The Weeknd, Travis Scott, Lil Peep, and SZA are featured on the Game of Thrones soundtrack.
The hit HBO TV series is getting ready for the premiere of it’s eight and final season on Sunday, April 14. The 14-track soundtrack titled, For the Throne (Music Inspired by the HBO Series Game of Thrones), will be released on April 26 on all streaming platforms. So far we know that The Weeknd, Travis Scott, Lil Peep, SZA, Ty Dolla $ign, A$AP Rocky, Chloe x Halle, Ellie Goulding, Maren Morris, and Joey Bada$$ are on the lineup.
The soundtrack also marks the first time that HBO partnered with a major label. The project will feature all brand new music. The previous Catch The Throne two-part volume mixtape were released in 2014 and 2015 and included contributions from Wale, Common, Ty Dolla $ign, and the legendary Snoop Dogg.
