Travis Scott come through with his highly anticipated new album Astroworld. The project features 17 tracks with guest appearances from The Weeknd, Frank Ocean, Pharrell, Drake, NAV, Migoe, 21 Savage, and Tame Impala. The Houston rapper also released his ASTROWORLD Collection that you can now purchase on his website travisscott.com. The album is named after an amusement park in his hometown that was torn down in 2005.
Fans have been waiting since 2016 for Scott’s new album but seems he took his time to perfect it and lets not forget he even has a baby with Kylie Jenner, so he has a lot to juggle these days. Travis Scott says Astroworld serves as the perfect follow-up to his debut album Rodeo.
“My whole idea was, if you locked in to Rodeo, you definitely locked into ASTROWORLD,” he told Zane Lowe during an interview on Apple Music’s Beats 1. “I’m just finishing the saga I started on my first album. This is supposed to be my second album. I had to go quick, because like I said, I had all these ideas, I just had to get off real quick, but now I’m finally back home with ASTROWORLD.”
