The 51-year-old actress is the epitome of timeless beauty. Over the weekend she posted a photo of herself doing yoga sending her fans and even some of her celebrity peers into a frenzy. “I challenge you to share your best yoga pose,” she wrote in the caption. “If you don’t have one, I encourage you to search for one, post about it, tag #FitnessFridayHB and tell me how it makes you feel.”
Chris Brown posted a screenshot of the photo and captioning it with a eye wide open and hand clap emoji. Halle Berry also gave us some insight into her fitness regime telling her fans, “This #FitnessFriday is dedicated to the importance of stretching! After I work out, it’s important for me to stretch and lengthen.”
