Music mogul Birdman and Mack Maine has another lawsuit on their hands. The two Cash Money execs have been sued by a 17-year-old boy who claims that they misidentified him as Ethan Couch, another 17-year-old who killed four people in a car crash while driving drunk.
TMZ reported that Mark and Becky English were mortified when they found out that their 17-year-old son was on the cover of Birdman and Mack Maine album, misidentifying him as Ethan Couch.
Couch famously got merely a slap on the wrist for the tragic incident that sparked widespread outcry.
The album was released by Mack Maine, but Birdman was drawn into the lawsuit because he is the head of Cash Money Records is the label that the album was released under.
