  1. @tony tan shut the fu up! Get over it, Tess already won – she was n is better than screamer n everyone else on the show -America got it right. She’s no Rih Rih or nicki – if that’s wat u call “young n hip” but she’s modest wit her own style. Anyway Tess voice speaks/sings for itself – just enjoy it – let go

  2. What, where are the comments for this superstar? LOL!!!!!

    • “Where are the comments for this superstar?” You mean… for this article? Clearly it’s not a popular site genius.

Boy Tessanne sure has achieved a lot in 2 months! A bunch of articles about her! A bunch of studio sessions with very notable hit-making writers and producers! A bunch of major label and talent agency business handled! A bunch of shows all over the U.S. and Caribbean performed! 743,224 fans on Facebook! 202,795 followers on twitter! Wow! What a great start to a promising career! :D

…I wonder what Jacquie Lee has done. :(

      • All in Jamaica. She just does not have the look. She is 28 but looks 45. The American music scene wants young looking stars with the exception with a true talent in Adele. Watch for this artist in the future. Her name is Bebe, short for Bebe Rexha. Now that is talent.

      • Nope. In America. The good ole USA. They love Tessanne’s sexy /youthfulness/. And they also love her /true talent/. God I love America. Such an amazing country, filled with sensible people who voted Tessanne Chin as the winner of The Voice over idiots like you.

Also Tessanne Chin > Bebe Rexha. Easily. Not even a question. I can’t believe you seriously brought her up as an example of someone better than Tessanne. Jesus Tony, you’re stupider than I thought.

      • Hey Moron, what the hell has Tessanne done. She won the Voice. Big deal! Also if you don’t you remember she won on false premises. Remember most of these winners don’t do anything. She will be one of them. Bebe will be a star. Look her up idiot. Her song is number 67 on the chart and moving up with Cash Cash the group. See man you are a complete clueless person when it comes to the music industry.

      • Tessanne has beaten Jacquie Lee, first and foremost. :)

But I’ve already listed what she’s done, which is PLENTY, and this is only at the START of her career. See that word? The START. She just started, no sh– she won’t have any accomplishments or accolades (besides winning The Voice…and beating Jacquie Lee) yet since her career just STARTED two months ago.

And I obviously already know about Bebe, which is why I said Tessanne is WAY better. And way to exaggerate the hell out of Bebe’s current success. She is NOT doing great. YOU’RE the clueless one. You’re pulling reason after reason out your ass as to why Tessanne won’t be successful because you’re still mad the incredible country of the United States of America voted for a Jamaican woman. First you say she doesn’t have the image, sound, etc. then you say Lorde is an example of a successful artist when so far she hasn’t proved herself to be more than a one-hit wonder (in due time she likely will), and now you’re bringing up Bebe Rexha, someone who is not only *currently* LESS successful/famous/accomplished than Tessanne, but less talented and with less mainstream appeal? Wow Tony. Just ridiculous.

She just started, obviously she won’t have any accomplishments or accolades (besides winning The Voice, a massively watched television series, as voted by millions of viewers/music fans…and beating Jacquie Lee) yet since her career just STARTED two months ago.

And I obviously already know about Bebe, which is why I said Tessanne is WAY better. And way to exaggerate the hell out of Bebe’s current success. She is NOT doing great. YOU’RE the clueless one. You’re pulling reason after reason out your a$$ as to why Tessanne won’t be successful because you’re still mad the incredible country of the United States of America voted for a Jamaican woman. • This is not a popular site? This is a reggae site so she should have a hundred supporters, C’mon man sorry to say she is not going to be it like you thing. You got to be some kind of possessed fan or part of her management. Just saying.

      • So because it’s a “reggae site” (it’s not, it’s just some person’s random Caribbean-themed “news” blog), it has to be popular? LOL. You just keep getting stupider and stupider. Newsflash, anyone can have a site. That doesn’t mean people go to it.

And nope Tony, she’ll make it. Unlike “Bebe Rexha,” Tessanne has celebrity cosigns and connections, a versatile sound, and a unique image. That’s mainstream gold. Plus, she has an incredibly strong core fanbase that’ll constantly keep her afloat, even more than the past few The Voice, Idol, AND X Factor winners. And that’s just a failsafe in case she isn’t “accepted” into the mainstream. So in layman’s terms, she’ll never NOT be successful. :)

Also, if I’m a possessed fan, you’re a possessed hater and a possessed Jacquie Lee fan because that’s where all your unwarranted hate boils down to. :)

      • Really don’t care what Jacquie Lee does. I don’t follow her and wish her luck in her career. You my friend need to make this a Jacquie Lee thing which its not. What it is, is your infatuation of a local singer that you think and only you think will be as big as Adele. Sorry to say that will never happen. The only press she gets is of local variety and as you see on this site which has 57,772 facebook followers shows you that she is not the real thing like you think. LOL. Get off your infatuation of her!!!!

      • Did I ever say she’d be as big as Adele? Nope. Never did I once say she’d become a massive superstar. I said she’ll be successful (for the several highly legit reasons I’ve listed) to counter you saying she won’t. She WILL be successful. She might not achieve Adele/Beyonce/Rihanna/Katy Perry/Christina Aguilera/Shakira status (although it is possible, no one knows what the future holds), but she’ll definitely be successful. Also, LOL at you calling Tessanne a local singer. How can you say it’s not a Jacquie Lee thing when you say nonsense like that? The only press she gets is of the local variety? Hahaha. That’s coming from the guy who was and still is finding several American articles about her. Haha I guess Entertainment Weekly, Access Hollywood, People Magazine, MTV News, etc. are all based in Jamaica. You’re CLEARLY still mad that she beat Jacquie. I don’t have an infatuation with Tessanne, I’m just the type of person who hates stupid people who don’t know what they’re talking about (I.E. you).

And lol, you don’t know how the internet works either. If the *ENTIRE SITE’S* Facebook fanpage has x amount of Likes, why does that mean people have to comment on *ONE SPECIFIC ARTICLE*? LOL Tony Tan logic. This article isn’t even something to discuss. She offered advice to would-be The Voice contestants and described Adam Levine in three words? Oh boy! How compelling! I must discuss and debate this topic at once!

      • Hey bro, just wanted to let you know Tessanne will be performing at The White House along with Aretha Franklin, Ariana Grande, Patti LaBelle, Janelle Monáe, and Jill Scott. :)
