Lip Lock is Eve’s fourth album and first in over a decade, but she promises it will be epic. The album features appearance from the likes of Snoop Dogg, Juicy J, Chrisette Michele, and Pusha T.

The production side will see Eve working with longtime friend and producer Swizz Beatz and Claude Kelly.

“There are so many great tracks on the album,” Eve told Billboard. “‘Eve’ is one of my favorites. I’m obsessed with it! ‘Mama in the Kitchen’ is the one with Snoop on it. I love that! Those and ‘Make it Out This Town’ — which is a very positive record — are probably my top 3.”

“It’s everywhere,” Eve added. “There’s some club stuff on there, there’s some mid tempo stuff, there’s some slow stuff on there. It’s not the sound that people are used to.”

Eve’s last album Eve-Olution was released in 2002. It peaked at number 6 on Billboard 200 chart.
