Bounty Killer Legal Troubles Far From Over

Dancehall general Bounty Killer maybe making strides in his musical career but his legal woes continue to cast a cloud over his head.

The Alliance frontman appeared before the High Court Division of the gun court on Monday to answer charges of assault, unlawful wounding and illegal possession of a firearm.

The trial was, however, postponed until January 27th because the co defendant was stranded in st Lucia due to the weather condition.

In the summer Urban Islandz told you that the dancehall deejay was charged jointly with an ex-policeman, Calis Brown, for illegal possession of a firearm, unlawful wounding and assault of a police officer. The incident occurred on September 27, 2007, when the police constable drove into a convoy of vehicles owned by Bounti Killa and members of his entourage along St. Lucia Avenue in New Kingston.

Bounty Killer whose real name is Rodney Pryce will also appeared in court on November 8, for ganja possession and again on November 9 for his recent alleged beating of his girlfriend with an hammer.
