Otis ‘Damon’ Harris, a lead singer from legendary group The Temptations, is dead at age 62.
According to reports, Harris died after battling prostate cancer for almost a decade and a half.
Otis ‘Damon’ Harris is famous for his lead vocals on popular singles including “Take a Look Around,” “Masterpiece,” and Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone.”
Harris joined the Temptation in 1971 after original lead singer Eddie Kendricks left the group.
Harris also released a solo album Silk in 1978 before announcing his retirement from music to go to college.
