Diddy gets an emotional reunion with his twin daughters and his mother as he fights for bail.
The embattled Bad Boy Records head is currently held without bond at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. That’s the location he has been at since his arrest in September on charges of sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering. According to TMZ, Diddy has been very concerned about his seven children’s well-being, particularly his twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie Combs, who lost their mom when Kim Porter passed away in 2018.
While we saw photos of his sons turning up to court for his bail hearings, his daughters were not present. TMZ is now reporting that Diddy’s twin daughters and his mother, Janice Combs, who is caring for them, visited the entertainer in jail last week. The outlet reported that it was an emotional visit for the rapper/entrepreneur, who maintains his innocence against the charges and other allegations made against him.

A source told the outlet that the emotional visit might’ve prompted a fiery statement from his mother last week in defense of her son amid a growing number of legal troubles coming from criminal cases and lawsuits from alleged accusers.
“It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies,” Janice Combs said in her statement while insisting that her son deserves due process. “To bear witness to what seems like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words.”
In the meantime, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is actively trying to secure bail to return to his children while he awaits trial. His attorneys argued that the prosecution’s arguments about witness tampering and flight risk are adequately addressed in the $50 million proposed security in exchange for his bond. Diddy also pledges to stay at his mansion and not have any female visitors ahead of his trial.
Diddy’s attorney also indicated that he is “eager” to defend himself on the witness stand during the trial and tell his side of the story.
