Nick Cannon Drops Another Disrespectful Eminem Diss Track, Claps Back At 50 Cent

Nick Cannon is not easing up!

He teamed up with the Black Squad on his new diss track aimed at Eminem. The track titled, “Pray For Him” features 5 rappers going for Em’s neck. Before we get into the new track, new hip hop fans may enjoy a brief rundown of the age-old beef. Cannon has been locked into a beef from Em for more than a decade. It all started in 2009 when Eminem talked trash about Cannon and his now ex-wife Mariah, on his track “Bagpipes from Baghdad.” Eminem and Carey apparently had a shortlived romance. However, the R&B bombshell failed to acknowledge that anything happened between the two, which enraged Em.

Nick Cannon defended Carey and took things to Twitter, where the two men traded insults. The first diss track Nick waged against “Marshall” came in the latter part of 2010 and was titled “I’m a Slick Rick.”

While there were some name callings in a few interviews, the beef died down until this year when Cannon commented on the decade-old feud on T.I.’s podcast, ExpediTIously. This seemingly ignited the fire within the “Not Afraid” rapper, causing him to unload on Fat Joes, track “Lord Above.”

While most rappers would fear the fury of Eminem, Nick hasn’t been easing, first releasing “The Invitation” with Suge Knight, Hitman Holla, Charlie Clips, and Prince Eazy. He trolled 50 Cent who was showing Em support, before releasing the second diss track, “Pray For Him.”

Eminem fans have called the track wack, but the neutrals seem to be giving Nick and the Black Squad some props, calling it a stark improvement on the first effort.

The track has a lot of punch, with each rapper attacking Shady in their own style. They waged attacks on his age and draw reference to the fact he is always picking on white artistes outside of the scope of hip hop such as Pink, Britney Spears, and NSYNC.

Cannon and the Squad really aren’t messing around and even used Juice WRLD’s death to hit Em, “God should’ve took Em and let us keep Juice WRLD. ”

One of the standout lines of the track comes from Nick when he raps, “You never thought the kill shot would come from the cannon.”

While Eminem has not released a track in response to Nick, he has been vocal on social media, tweeting in response to a line from “The Invitation”, “U mad, bro? Stop lying on my d**k. I never even had a chaffeuf, you bougie f**k.” He continued,” I demand an apology Nicholas, you’ve made my gardener so jealous.”

Nick responded with a savage, “F**k apologies! Pull Up! Bring your gardener, chaffeur, your male nurse, and whoever else you’re f**king.”

While it’s hard to deny the comedic value of this beef, we hope that things do not escalate too far where we see both acts doing or saying something that will leave a scar.

Nick Cannon also clapped back at 50 Cent for calling his diss track trash. The rapper/actor posted this meme of Samuel Jackson on IG.
