BET Censored Vic Mensa’s XXXTentacion Diss But Here Is The Video

Vic Mensa BET Cypher

Vic Mensa’s diss towards XXXTentacion gets censored at the 2018 BET Hip-Hop Awards.

The Chicago rapper came under fire earlier this month when news broke that he took some shots at XXXTentacion during his BET Awards Cypher. The clip was also aired during the live taping of the awards ceremony in Miami recently and X’s mom Cleopatra Bernard was in the audience. Vic Mensa has since apologized to her but holds no regret in dissing her son whom he calls a domestic abuser.

“Only time you bear arms is in a wife beater, loser/Your favorite rapper is an abuser,” Mensa raps. While XXXTentacion was slapped with several charges relating to the alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend, he was never convicted, and after his death, the prosecutor moved to drop all the charges against him.

Fans finally get to see what was the big fiasco over Vic Mensa dissing XXXTentacion. In a video clip that he posted on Instagram last week, he said, “Recently I did a freestyle for the BET Awards cypher, addressing and condemning rappers who unabashedly abuse women and those who stand up for them and even call them legends.”

XXXTentacion fans were quick to point out that Vic Mensa also has his own past issues with domestic violence after choking his girlfriend. He did an interview in 2016 where he acknowledged the incident saying he regretted it.
