It’s been a year since the untimely death of dancehall deejay Delus and his younger brother Konshens is keeping his memory alive.
To mark the first anniversary of his death, Konshens is launching a charitable foundation in Delus’ honor that will go towards helping people battling depression. Delus, whose real name is Delmark Spence, took his own life with a single gunshot wound to his head on June 22nd last year. The event dubbed Delus Lived will be hosted by the Subkonshus deejay tonight which will celebrate the life of the dancehall deejay.
Konshens and Delus emerged on the dancehall scene in the mid 2000s as a duo name Sojah. They both later embarked on their own solo careers with Konshens becoming one of the biggest artists in the genre currently.
