SZA is furious with TDE right now and she may actually quit the group for holding her new album hostage.
The singer joined Top Dawg Entertainment around the same time as Isaiah Rashad but she is complaining bitterly right now that her album is not seeing the light of day. On Monday, she took to Twitter to air out her grosses with the group headed by Kendrick Lamar.
“I actually quit. @iamstillpunch can release my album if he ever feels like it . Y’all be blessed,” she tweeted before deleting it.
There are not much details available on SZA album but so far in 2016 TDE has released albums from Kendrick Lamar, Isaiah Rashad, and ScHoolboy Q. There were also reports that TDE had planned to release albums this year for all the artists on its roster but so far we’ve only seen from three.
TDE president Terrence “Punch” Henderson has since responded with a simple “lol” along with a photo of the joker.
