Drake Album ‘Views’ Sold 1.2 Million Copies In 6 Days

Drake’s new album Views is on track to give the rapper his biggest debut week ever.

The project reportedly sold 1.2 million copies in the first 6 days of its release and will likely debut at the top of the Billboard 200 chart next week. 1 million of those sales is in the U.S. alone.

Earlier this week, Drake announced that he sold close to 400,000 copies of the album in one night. That 1.2 million figure further substantiate that claim.

Views is also number one on the iTunes in 95 countries around the world signalling the massive consumption of the album. Apple Music is the home of the album with a whopping 250 million streams on the music streaming service already.

Drake has also shipped hard copies of the album to retailers on Friday and will arrive at other music streaming service such as Spotify and TIDAL on May 13.

Drizzy is also gearing up to host and perform on SNL next week Saturday.
