2 Chainz is victorious in his $5 million “Thot” lawsuit.

The Atlanta rapper score a major victory after a North Carolina federal judge tossed out the case.

Earlier this year a woman name Christine Chisholm filed the lawsuit against the rap artist claiming that he ruined her life when a video of him calling her a thot went viral online.

In his ruling the judge says that calling someone a “thot” does not equates to “extreme or outrageous conduct” TMZ reported.

2 Chainz says that is what he expected the judge to do with the case. The below video shows the rapper asking his friends backstage if that is your “thot.”
