Dancehall Artiste Linked To Dudus Wanted By US Government

As Vybz Kartel look towards a high profile murder trial, another high-ranking dancehall artiste may have found himself in serious legal troubles.

According to reports, the United States government is seeking a well known dancehall star whom they believe is an associate of embattled former West Kingston don Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.

Coke is currently behind bars in the US awaiting sentencing on drug charges.

The name of the dancehall artiste was not release, however, law enforcement officer has confirmed that the Kingston based deejay is being sought in Michigan on drug-related allegations.

“He is not the only Jamaican entertainer being sought by the US on drug-related allegations,” police officers said.

Last month, head of the Criminal Investigation Branch, Assistant Commissioner Ealan Powell, said a number of Jamaican entertainers are under the police radar for various crimes. He said they will be brought before the courts soon to face charges.

Portmore Empire head Vybz Kartel is currently behind bars facing multiple counts of murder and related charges. He returns to court on December 2.
