The philanthropic singer I-Octane is teaming up with Jamaican Telecom giant Digicel to host a free concert in his home town Portmore.
The concert dubbed ‘Different Page’ will be tomorrow (Dec 10) at the HQ Football Field in Daytona Portmore, and will have some of the biggest names in reggae and dancehall in performance, and also great giveaways from Digicel as usual.
Octane said this is the third year running for the free concert.
“This is the third edition, and every year it attracts more and more persons.”
He added that he was quite happy to give back to his community in this way, especially during the festive season.
“It will be a day-and-night event that caters to the entire family. The kids can come out early and enjoy all the rides and bounce-a-bouts, and in the evening there will be performances from the artistes. Throughout the day, there will be prizes and surprises from Digicel.”
Confirmed artists for the event are Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Mavado, Bling Dawg, Lisa Hyper and others.
