Kodak Black has stepped forward to address concerns over his well-being after his appearance on Kai Cenat’s Livestream.
The Florida rapper sparked concerns about his health earlier this week while making a cameo on Kai Cenat’s marathon month-long streaming event. The Twitch streaming is now in his 6th straight day of Livestream and plans to be live for every minute of the month of November as he seeks to raise funds for a cause dubbed Mafiathon 2.
Kodak Black was among a slew of celebrities who made an appearance on the stream in the first few days. Lil Uzi Vert and Miranda Cosgrove also make cameos. During Yak’s appearance, fans asked Kai to kick him off and bring back Uzi Vert, who released his new album, Eternal Atake 2, on November 1. Black didn’t like what fans said, as he appears disappointed with the comments.
One of the main points of contention among fans was when Kodak appeared to throw a pill in the air and caught it in his mouth. The incident sparked speculation that the pill was a Percocet. Kai Cenat also appears speechless after witnessing the incident.
Kodak Back has responded to the speculations and he seems to be admitting to drug use while downplaying the incident. “Y’all don’t like a n— anyway,” Yak said. “I’m just Yak, bro. Aint s— changed, that’s how I came in this b—… I wake up like this. If anything, give me drugs. Give me drugs, and I’ll chill. When I’m not high, when I ain’t higher than a b—, I’m vibing. When I’m high, I’m in my coma bruh, I ain’t talking to nobody ‘cuz I’m getting high.”
While Kodak says the jokes don’t bother him as much as people think, he would still block some people for criticizing his way of life. Some fans also reminded the Pompano Beach rapper about other celebrities who have passed away from drug use, including Rich Homie Quan, DMX, Mac Miller, Juice Wrld, and Lil Peep. “Bro we can’t defend you for using drugs did you not just see what happen Quan,” one fan said.
