Urban Islandz NEWS: Soca queen Alison Hinds is enlisted to bring more vibe to the South Coast Jamaica Carnival.
Alison Hinds, who rocked Mobay on the weekend, has been confirmed for the festival set for Roye’s Plaza in Junction, St Elizabeth, on April 24.
“I am looking forward to coming to St Elizabeth and performing,” Alison Hinds said. “Jamaican audiences have been very good to me for many years.”
The carnival, which starts in Junction and then moves on to Clarendon for the May Pen Blow-Out on April 30, has, over the years, been the most successful carnival event staged in south-central Jamaica.
