Sean Kingston is speaking out following his guilty verdict in his fraud case in Florida last week.

The Jamaican singer/songwriter and his mother, Janice Turner, were found guilty of various counts of wire fraud in their federal case. Sean Kingston and Turner have yet to be sentenced in the case, but she remains incarcerated while he was placed on house arrest. In a new post on his Instagram Story, Kingston shared that he is heartbroken over the verdict.

“Lately they been tryna break me on the daily [broken heart emoji],” he wrote. In a separate social media post, he shared, “My only queen forever, Love you!!!! I promise you this is not the end!”

In the midst of his legal and financial challenges, Sean Kingston was hit with a stunning verdict on Friday (March 28) regarding his Federal fraud case. The court ruled against both the “Beautiful Girl” singer and his mother, Janice Turner, stunning their family, who were present in the court proceeding. The two allegedly defrauded various businesses out of multiple items amounting to in excess of $1 million.

Authorities say their fraud scheme spanned over several years. If anything, his social media posts confirm how devastating the verdict is for the singer, especially since his mother remains incarcerated.

Law enforcement authorities accused Sean Kingston and Turner of engaging in various frauds using his celebrity status to acquire items like expensive audio equipment, luxury beds, and jewelry. During her testimony, Turner admitted to falsifying wire payments to protect her famous son. This is not the first time that Sean Kingston has been accused of fraud, as this has been an issue plaguing him for the past decade.

The guilty verdict is not the end of his legal troubles, as there are other civil matters against Kingston before the courts. This case might make those civil matters more difficult to beat.

Sean Kingston and Janice Turner are expected to be sentenced on July 11.
