JT celebrated her birthday like a City Girl.
The City Girls rapper turns 27 today and decided to celebrate joining the 27 Club surrounded by those she loves. First in line was, of course, her girl Yung Miami. The hip hop artists may have just given birth to her second child, daughter Summer, less than two months ago, but she took the night off from breast-feeding and burping to turn it up with her rap partner in crime. The ladies were spotted getting their groove on while seated with JT’s friends around a table that had sparklers and a champagne bottle chilling in an ice bucket. Sparklers also illuminated the pink birthday cake which was shaped like a purse.
“I just want to say happy birthday. I love you. You’re my ride forever,” Yung Miami said in her speech to the birthday girl who looked fine in a little black number.
As with all good birthdays, JT was spoilt with presents — so who gave her what?
Yung Miami came through for the other half of her rap duo, gifting her a purple Chanel purse. And because a girl can never have too much Chanel, Lil Baby gave her a blue one, as well! Offset may have run out of ideas and just decided to give the 27-year-old money to buy her own gift, but Pierre “Pee” Thomas, who produces for the City Girls at Quality Control, likely spent time and effort thinking up his present — a whip!
JT’s celebration was even more special this year as it marks the first since the Miami native got out of prison. She had been serving time in jail since June 2018 on fraudulent credit card charges, meaning her last birthday was a lot less flashy.
