Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Sas DeLeon has been arrested and accused of attempting to pimp young girls.
Love & Hip Hop viewers may mostly recognize Sas DeLeon as making appearances on the show as Scrapp DeLeon’s brother and the son of Karen “KK” King, though he was not a main cast member. But off-camera, Sas has found himself in some more serious trouble after being arrested and accused of attempting to pimp out underage girls. According to Atlanta’s 11Alive, Sas, born Lyndon Smith, 26, and another man, James Ruffin, 27, were arrested Thursday in DeKalb County, GA.
Police said the two men made plans to travel out of state with two teenage girls “for the purpose of prostitution.” Sas and the other man were both charged with criminal attempted trafficking, and criminal attempted pimping. 11Alive said jail records show that Ruffin faces other sex crime charges, including pimping, trafficking, keeping a place of prostitution, interference with custody, and violation of computer porn and child exploitation act. The two teen girls were found safe.
Sas has been involved with the law for some time now and was even shot in the head in 2016, two years before he became a witness to a murder in 2018. His brother Scrapp who was a staple on the LHH cast for his relationships with Tommie Lee and Moniece Slaughter also depicted his time in and out of prison on the show. Sas got screen time as a character trying to hold things down while his brother was behind bars.
