Meek Mill proves once again that he is one of the GOATs of this generation of rap.

Social Media may have just created another star, this time a hip-hop producer that caught the attention of rapper Meek Mill. The Philly MC invited a producer named DJ Track Addict to work with him after a beat of his went viral, prompting Meek Mill fans to encourage him to hop on the track. Early Thursday morning Meek previewed a new song called “Free Meek” using that same beat.

“I am f**king this beat uppppppppp,” Meek tweeted after he came across the video and inquired about how to find the producer.

The video shows the DJ making the aggressive, upbeat sound using equipment placed on his lap. DJ Track Addict posted it in May and it was picked up by another account by the name of @JuiceHarden who posted it Tuesday with the caption “Just wanted to share the craziest sh*t I seen/heard all day.” The video has since gotten over 180,000 retweets.

Meek began tweeting what looked to be the lyrics of the new song that he said is called “Free Meek,” and gave a snippet on his Instagram story.

A fan even suggested that he invite the boss himself Rick Ross to join him on the record, to which Meek replied “definitely.”

The lyrics posted to Twitter by the “Championships” rapper have references to his recent deal with Lids Hats where Meek became an official co-owner of the headwear company at the end of June.
