21 Savage and J. Cole link up for a feast in their new video “A Lot.”
Two of the top rappers in the game right now, 21 Savage and J. Cole making music together was a breath of fresh air. The single “A Lot” is one of last year’s highlights and it helped set the stage for a big return of the Dreamville rapper who just announced that he got a new album coming this year. The Atlanta rapper has maintained a steady presence on the airwaves with this track poised to climb even higher on the charts.
The cinematic clip features the two rappers, who are close friends, coming together for a big family feast. “Penitentiary chances just to make a couple bucks / My heart so cold I could put it in my cup / Gang vs. the world, me and my dawg, it was us / Then you went and wrote a statement, and that really f***ed me up,” Savage spits.
