Justin Timberlake Announces “Man of The Woods” Album Release Date

Justin Timberlake revealed the release date for his new album Man of the Woods.

The singer stunned fans earlier this week when he abruptly announced that he is dropping a new album on February 2nd. It’s been close to five years since the release of Timberlake’s last album, “The 20/20 Experience“, which was released in 2013. In March of last year, Timberlake tweeted “It’s on it’s way” and followed up in November to say the new album would be different.

Timberlake credits the new album to his family, “the album is inspired by my wife, son, family and more so than any other album that I have ever written, where I’m from and it is personal.” The pop icon who was born and raised in Tennessee has fans wondering if he has put a country twist to his new music.

Justin Timberlake came on the music scene in 1995 as a member of the successful pop group NSYNC. He went solo in 2002 with his debut album “Justified” which landed him a Grammy Award. He sold more than seven million copies of that album worldwide. The singer continues his journey with his second album “FutureSex/LoveSounds” in 2006.

Timberlake is not only known for his melodious voice but has also proved himself to be a talented actor. He landed rolls in films such as: Alpha Dogs (2006), The Social Network (2010) and In time (2011).

For his new album, Timberlake is working with the likes of Timbaland, The Neptunes, Alicia Keys and Chris Stapleton.
