The man who Munga Honorable is accused of murdering is Mr. Vegas’ nephew.
Munga is currently sitting in a jail cell awaiting trial for a murder charge he was slapped with last week. According to investigators, they have evidence linking the “Flipping Rhymes” deejay to the shooting death of Cleveland Smith earlier this month in St. Andrew. Smith is also the same man who chopped Munga several times two years ago sending him to a hospital. At the time the dancehall deejay called for peace, but fast forward two years later and Smith was murdered.
Mr. Vegas has not commented on the news of Munga being charged for his nephew’s murder, but sources told DHH that he is aware and is supporting his family amidst the death of their love one. Munga has maintained his innocence saying he has nothing to do with the gruesome murder. His first court hearing has not yet set, but his attorney Christopher Townsend says he will be applying for bail for the deejay.
