Karrueche Tran scored a major victory over her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in court on Tuesday.
The actress’ manager Jacob York confirmed on Twitter that a judge agreed that Chris Brown was served which paved the way for both parties to meet face-to-face in court over her abuse and death threats allegations. Dancehall Hip Hop previously reported that Karrueche has been trying for weeks to serve Breezy with a restraining order but he keep dodging the server. Earlier this month video footage surfaced of a server handing the singer a document but he denied that he was ever been served. Turns out he will now have to go to court and meet her face-to-face to hear what she has to say and also defends himself against her allegations.
“So we won, the judge agreed the Chris was served and now he has to meet her in court!! No ore running,” York wrote on Twitter. TMZ reported on Tuesday that lost her plea in court to get a permanent restraining order against Chris Brown because she opted to hear her testimony via phone rather than appear in court in person. York also disputes that report saying “Tmz needs to stop with their bs, the lawyers are still in court as we speak… no lose silly media.”
