Kendrick Lamar Touch Down In Dancehall Land Jamaica

Kendrick Lamar could be looking for some more dancehall flavor for his next album. The Compton emcee was in Jamaica for a few days vacationing and meeting up with his “Blacker The Berry” collaborator Assassin.

K-Dot hit some local spots in Kingston including the Bob Marley Museum, Usain Bolt Tracks and Records. Kendrick Lamar also visited Usain Bolt during his training session at the UWI Bowl.

Sources told us that Kendrick Lamar and Assassin could be doing some more work together for his next project. Sasco received a lot of praise on his home ground when Kendrick Lamar performed “Blacker The Berry” at the Grammys last month.

The single appeared on the rapper’s Grammy winning album “To Pimp A Butterfly.” The project won Best Rap Album while Kendrick took home a total of five Grammys.
