Jamaican Reggae Boy Jermaine ‘Teddy’ Johnson Bankrupt In The UK

Reggae Boy and Sheffield Wednesday’s footballer Jermaine ‘Teddy’ Johnson filed for bankruptcy in the United Kingdom.

According to reports, Johnson owed several thousand dollars in back taxes before he was declared bankrupt in the Sheffield County Court in September.

The HM Revenie petitioned for Johnson’s bankruptcy on May 4 of this year and was granted the order by the court on September 4.

Jermaine ‘Teddy’ Johnson signed a deal with Sheffield Wednesday in 2007 that saw him transferred from Bradford. He made 200 appearances from the team.

Johnson also played for the Reggae Boys who failed to qualify for the World Cup in Brazil next year.
