Bobby Brown pleaded no contest to the charge last month and was sentenced to 55 days in jail.

According to report, Bobby Brown could spend less than two weeks behind bars due to overcrowded jails and time off for good behavior.

A judge also ordered the recently married singer to complete an 18-month alcohol-treatment program and attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week.
