Dancehall’s latest sensation I-Octane is gearing up to drop a new music video for his latest hit single “Burn Dem Bridge.”
Sources close to the deejay told Urban Islandz that the song is doing very well locally and internationally, prompting the deejay and his team to release a supporting video.
“Burn Dem Bridge a di big song right now weh a run di place,” the source said. “You will hear it on almost every radio station, inna dancehall sessions and clubs all over as far as Japan. So it was only natural that we do a music video fi help push it more.”
Octane also hinted recently that production for the video should have gotten off the ground already, but was pushed back due to bad weather.
“The video should have been shot from last week, but rain played havoc with that plan,” I-Octane said.
“Burn Dem Bridge” was produced by Big Ship’s Stephen ‘Di Genius’ McGregor, making it the first time the two dancehall personalities working together.
