Bounty Killer Returns To Court October 19

Dancehall general Bounty Killer legal battle seems to not approaching its end anytime soon. The warlord trial was once again pushed back to October 19.

The Alliance leader appeared in court yesterday only to learn that the trial could not proceed because his co-accused had just settled his legal representation.

Killer, born Rodney Pryce, was charged jointly with an ex-policeman, Calis Brown, for illegal possession of a firearm, unlawful wounding and assault of a police officer. The incident occurred on September 27, 2007, when the police constable drove into a convoy of vehicles owned by Bounti Killa and members of his entourage along St. Lucia Avenue in New Kingston.
