Famed music producer Jermaine Dupri hits another financial snag following a near foreclosure on his Atlanta mansion last week.
According to reports an Atlanta woman named Sarai Jones is suing the So So Def honcho for missed child support payments following a recent court order for him to pay her monthly installments.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Margaret Dorsey ordered the rapper and producer to pay Jones $2,500 per month as well as another $7,500, after a paternity test, determined that Dupri was the father of a seven-month-old girl.
Dupri’s financial problems have recently come to light. In addition to his home being in jeopardy, he owes $493,768.75 in back taxes for income earned during 2007.
