Pulse Caribbean Model Search 2010 is now launched and promises to be bigger and better this year. This year’s search will feature more than the usual new model hopefuls, adding major caribbean, international supermodels and superstar performers. The live event takes place on Sunday, September 5.
Pulse Caribbean produced some of the biggest names in Caribbean models like like Kimberley Mais, Althea Laing, Angela Neil, Lois Samuels, Romae Gordon, Lincoln Wynter, Juline Samuels, Trudy Gray, Parisa Fitz Henly, Nikki Vassell, Nadine Willis, Carla Campbell, Nell Robinson, Gaye McDonald, Oraine Barrett, Jaunel McKenzie, Sunna Gottshalk, Jeneil Williams and Sedene Blake who grace runways from New York to Paris and London.
The beauty and confidence of plus-sized girls will also take centre stage at this year’s search, as Pulse gets set for its second edition of the hugely popular Full Figured Model Competition, both for the Live show as well as the reality series. Several faces have already been reviewed for the full-figure segment, as well as four other titles – Jamaica Fashion Model, Male Face of Jamaica and Petite Jamaica Fashion Model, up for grabs at the live September finale.
Entries for the Jamaican leg of Model Search 2010 are currently being accepted at Pulse headquarters, Trafalgar Road, St Andrew, where interested persons are invited to come in every Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. with their swim trunks/swimsuits and heels.
