Before and during his prison stint, Jah Cure focused his attention on conscious roots reggae, but of late the crooner has been mostly catering to his female fan base.

Speaking with BoomshotsTV, Jah Cure explains why he now mostly release songs for the ladies.
“I sing for the ladies them mostly,” Jah Cure said. “So my style has to be different. I have to project myself in a way and every man have to know what is his zone… So I choose that path after Beres Hammond as a youth. So yes the ladies them is my thing.”
Cure, who recently released his latest album World Cry, was a big hit at this year’s Reggae Sumfest, performing in front his home crowd.
