Busy Signal Talks “Bumaye” Success, Rihanna Endorsement & More [VIDEO]
Busy Signal has been having one of the best years of his career.
This month will mark a year since Busy Signal was released from prison in the United States after serving six months for a decade old drug related charge.
This year the dancehall star scored his biggest hit to date with “Watch Out Fi Diss (Bumaye)” with Major Lazer. That video has rocked up over 29 million views on YouTube since its release.
Busy Signal also got huge boost to his popularity when Rihanna posted a video on Instagram of herself dancing to his single “Come Over (Missing You).”
Speaking with Winford Williams of OnStage, Busy Signal says there is no limit for him musically.
“This is just another height of the blessings and I am just here as a vessel doing the work and being humble,” Busy said. “Sometimes some people say the sky is the limit but clearly no limit is there in terms of musically and Busy Signal music and the way I am doing my stuffs.”
Busy Signal also opened up about what Rihanna did for his career and a possible collaboration with the Bajan pop star.
