Big Sean Pushes Back Tour To Work On Album

Big Sean is having too much fun in the studio to leave and go tour.

The G.O.O.D. Music rapper has announced that he has pushed back his upcoming tour to focus on his upcoming album. Sean Don took a page out of Nicki Minaj book, finish that album before you do anything else. Earlier this month, he announced that he is going on tour in April and he is bringing Playboi Carti, Shy Glizzy, and Gashi with him for the ride.

Big Sean’s “Unfriendly Reminder Tour” was scheduled to start on April 12th in Orlando, Florida, but now we know that the tour has been postponed. “I’ve been in a deep creative space and decided I need to stay focused in the studio – so, unfortunately, I am postponing my upcoming tour,” Big Sean wrote on Twitter. “I learned in life you have to follow your intuition – I hope you do the same. Thank you for your continued love and support. It means the world to me. Trust, we are working on something special for you all.”

Big Sean is currently working on the follow-up album to his 2017 collaborative effort with Metro Boomin, Double or Nothing. While he hasn’t revealed the title of the project nor the release date, it’s clear that he is in the zone and if investing all his time and efforts in making sure it comes to fruition before the start of his “Unfriendly Reminder Tour.”
